A study was conducted by the staff of Thresholds in Delaware County to determine the Recidivism rate of Thresholds graduates at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Thornton.
While the average recidivism rate for correctional facilities is 65-67%, the recidivism rate for those who graduated the Thresholds program is much lower. Please take a look at the results by clicking below.
